Chaz Royal’s 3rd Annual International London Burlesque Festival 2009 was a sold out event, drawing an estimated 3000 patrons for eight Dazzling Showcases in the course of five Fabulous Days.
LBF 2009 appeared April 1-5 and Showcased Over 150 Burlesque, Cabaret & Variety Performers from England, Scotland, Spain, Holland, Finland, France, Germany, Italy, USA, Australia, New Zealand and Canada. LBF 2009 truly was ‘The World’s Greatest Showcase of International Burlesque Talent’.
Due to the overwhelming success of LBF ‘07-08-09, festival producer Chaz Royal is transforming the festival into a week long event, branding it as London Burlesque Week 2010. Announcements will be made as dates, venues and sponsors are confirmed. Application forms will be made available by November 1st.
London Burlesque Week 2010 will be showcasing structured themed shows along with some of the regular annual events such as the Battle Royale Newcomers Contest and Jetsetters Ball. Get on board with the world’s most fabulous and extravagant celebration of Burlesque in all its forms.
